Alchemist Wellness Parlor understands that sometimes things come up and you may need to change your appointment. We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made outside of the cancelation window, the guest may be charged 100% of the service(s) booked to the card on file. • You can make changes to your appointment anytime before the 48-hour window via the link sent to you at the time of booking. 2. Late Arrivals: • Punctuality is important. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. • In such cases, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Accommodations are at the stylists' discretion. 3. No-Shows: • Failing to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee to the card on file. After 3 No- Shows you will be blocked from booking. 4. Exceptions: • We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any extenuating circumstances. • Any exceptions made are at the Stylist discretion.
